Being a member of the New York Friar’s club is both fun and entertaining and everyone I’ve ever taken there for lunch or dinner always has a great time and remembers their time there!
The club is famous for its celebrity roasts and also great events. Just this past week, Liz Smith, the popular gossip columnist was on stage and she was extremely funny and thought provoking.
Since I have been a member in the last year, I’ve met and made some terrific new friends and the staff is lovely and always makes you feel ‘right at home.’
Now–people has asked me how I got into the club since I’m not a comedian, singer or Television star.
Well–it helps to know people–again continually building my networks in business and that is how it happened.
