I had coffee the other day with my colleague and friend-Shoya Zichy who is an internationally recognized author and speaker who specializes in energetic, humor-filled and practical seminars on team building, leadership, sales, women's initiatives and developing a coaching culture. She is also an adjunct lecturer at New York University.

She is the author of Career Match and Women and The Leadership Q (now also available in Chinese and Korean). Other works include Color Q: For More Success in Work and Relationships, Color Q Coaching and Getting Along With Your Family.

Take a visit to Shoya's website and sign up for her newsletter and also learn how she can help your company help build teams and getting everyone working together more effectively.

Hi Andrea, I met you in Kansas City at an AXA Advisors branch training event about 3 years ago. I won your book, have loved it and since I’ve started my own leadership coaching business, have been recommending your book to my own clients.
I’d highly recommend anyone to gain an understanding of people through some assessments/training such as you’ve mentioned in this post. I administer the DISC assessment, which may be similar to the one mentioned above, and can testify to any similar assessment’s ability to help bridge communication gaps.
    Thanks for sharing this information!
