The Harlem Rotary is GREAT!

IMG00198-20110222-1820

How great to meet a whole new group of people through my association with The Rotary.

This evening I had the great pleasure to be at dinner and speak to The Rotary Club of Upper Manhattan.

We met at a wonderful restaurant-Gran Piatto D'oro, 1429 Fifth Avenue,
and above see the owner– Amie Kiros who is a terrific woman and owner of not one, but two delicious restaurants.

Also in the picture is our great President of our Rotary club of New York–David Del Monte and holding the Rotary sign is Tom McConnon, long time Rotarian, past President and another great person!

The Rotary Club of Harlem was founded in 1962 with the support of David Rockefeller. The Rotary Club of Harlem is local chapter service its local community and beyond and a part of a 33,000 club, worldwide organization called Rotary International. (www.rotary.org). Rotary! The organization that empowers its members to become better friends, better professionals and better World Citizens.

I would love information on how to become a member of The Rotary Club of Upper Manhattan.
