Tell Me The End!

The_end_pic

Tell me the End…what a great line I heard when I visited with Les Carter, an extremely successful entrepreneur and also on the Board of the Boy Scouts Greater New York Councils.
We were talking about how often people don’t get to the point quickly when they are telling a story and I always emphasize this when teaching my presentation and speaker training sessions. He told me the best line ever that he had heard Sandy Weil, former chairman of Citigroup often say:"Tell me the End."  I love this–it tells it all!!
Get to the point-highlight the bottom line. If people want more and how you got to ‘the end’, they will often ask you!
