For years, we have made a friendship ritual to visit the wonderful New Age Health Spa in Neversink, New York to relax, renew and recharge our batteries.
This past weekend we were there for the yoga weekend which is interesting since I started taking yoga there several years ago and have continued to make it a big part of my weekly exercise program.
I also enjoy being part of the program at New Age where I conduct an evening workshop on "Managing Your Time and Managing Your Stress" both evenings. This weekend was terrific and we met so many great and wonderful people that we will definitely stay in touch with.
