Service with a Smile

Delicious! On my recent trip to Miami where I worked at the Miami Ad School,I saw my friend Bill O'leary and we had a great dinner at the Tides.

Several things made is a great experience:

*I needed to send an important fax and Maria at the front desk was happy to assist

*Bill ordered a drink–they did not have it, however the server went the extra mile to find out why

*Executive Chef Gonzalo Rivera-came out to say hello,see how we were and gave us an added surprise dessert.

*The total presentation of everything was A+

All in all–going the extra mile–all what customer service is all about.

I will be sure to return.
