Move Over Emeril!

Felix_picture My friend Felix Papadakis is a man of many passions–and one of them is food and what he creates in the most amazing, fun and charismatic way!  I am so impressed with him and how he writes about his ‘food journey that I have added his food blog as a link and one of my favorites!!

Just reading his articles and his style and ease, you actually feel like you are right there in his spacious kitchen in Pennsylvania with him!!! ( I’m actually going to go visit in the next month and experience it all first hand!)

As Felix says" I want to show people that you don’t need to be a trained chef to make great food. I open some of  the 100 cookbooks I own and when I see an ingredient list of 20 items, I close them immediately.Save that for restaurant dining when a Le Cordon Bleu graduate is preparing your food. A person without formal training can throw great parties if you follow some simple rules and pay attention to your instincts while cooking".

Click on to his website and have fun while your mouth begins to water–he is terrific!

Who would have thought that a chance sighting of your book in a window on Lexington Avenue would result in this lovely friendship. Thank you so much for your sweet words. Pizza in November! Be there!
