It was an Honor to Speak at Yale

Images

When I was contacted by Josh Latson, co-director of the Leadership Development Workshop Committee for the Leadership Institute for Yale–I remembered how we had met last year when he was in a workshop for another client.  I was delighted to be invited up and had a great experience with our future leaders today.

In our time together, we discussed that whatever you call the word ' networking' – it is about life and interpersonal skills and how it relates to being a leader.

The  Leadership Institute at Yale is an undergraduate organization that strives to empower Yale students to reach their full leadership potential.

I was the lucky one to learn and interact with these great young people and look forward to a return visit in the Spring.

Take a look at some the leaders of tomorrow.
