When I spoke at the University of Rochester in May, I had the opportunity to meet Larry Parker who speaks and travels around the nation and gives his wisdom through his wonderful workshops on Stress management. I am excited to attend his upcoming workshop in New York later this month and invite you to click on the following link to register also. Larry will introduce the participants to tips, tools and strategies for managing stress in the 21st century. His presentation will include "The Seven Doctors/Healers": Integrative nutrition, Breathing exercises, Conscious intake of the elements (i.e., air, water, sunlight, and food as fuel), Bio-energetic stretches, Interpretive movement, Guided imagery, Meditation as a spiritual practice (and some special surprise activities).

Larry's bio information: Larry R. Parker, LMT is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy. He is a nationally recognized professional speaker, trainer, and stress management consultant. For the past 25 years he has lived and worked in New York City and traveled the country lecturing, teaching, and training people in his "IN TOUCH" System of Holistic Health with a primary focus on Consciousness as the foundation for healing, Integrative Massage Therapy, and Stress Fitness Coaching.
