How Good Are You At Handling Complaints

ImagesCAJ6NZDS

I was recently interviewed by Bill Keenan, who is the Editor of The Customer Communicator. It is a fabulous newsletter that is filled with the nuggets of wisdom for the world of Customer Service. I have often said that in the big picture- 'Customer Service' is everyone's job in any organization.

This publication is perfect for anyone in business- in any area or department. Every time I read an issue, I learn and relearn many tips on how I can be better in my business and life.

Bill was writing an article on 'How Good Are You At Handling Complaints?'– and I offered a few ideas and suggestions. Click below to see the article and also The Customer Communicator has been so kind as to include the whole issue. I can guarantee that you will learn something from each article you read.

Enjoy and a big thanks to William Keenan, who I have had the pleasure of knowing for many years and the Publisher, Margaret DeWitt.
