I just returned from a wonderful weekend of yoga, fresh air, relaxation and reflection.
Kripalu-is located right in the beautiful Bershires in Lenox, Mass. and I took the trip up with my good friend George Perlov, who runs his own Social Marketing Research Consulting business and formerly headed up all research at The Ad Council. He is terrific, a true professional and visionary in his field and a real devotee to Kripalu. And now I am too!
