Whenever I go to my Rotary Club luncheon that meets at The Harvard Club at 35 West 44th Street in New York City, we always have a wonderful and delicious lunch!
The staff is always so courteous, friendly and goes the extra mile to be sure every lunch they provide is done with a special touch.
Today when I was checking in and I walked by the kitchen, I looked in and saw these handsome men working away and got a big chuckle seeing John Burghardt, Assistant Banquet Maitre'd wearing his 'chef' cap. He is terrific and really goes beyond excellent customer service!
