This morning at the Manhattan Center in New York City, along with about 5000 other people, I attended the most wonderful meditation and then a blessing by AMMA. I am attaching the link to her incredible website which describes her and what she has done in her mission to seek total peace around the world.
For lack of a better description, I call her Today's Mother Teresa. She has an aura and a true light all around her.
My biggest take away is that after a lovely weekend workshop at The Omega Institute in upstate New York and in the most beautiful surroundings with terrific people from all over the world, seeing AMMA first thing this morning completed the whole learning and growing process.
Where ever you are and however you are spending your Fourth of July — it is a day of reflection, thankfulness and gratitude.
