What a wonderful treat I had and I have Linked in to thank! I was able to reconnect with a man who I call "The King of Listening". Dr. Manny Steil who I met in 1985 when he was the guest speaker at my National Sales meeting for Standard Rate and Data. I still remember the words of wisdom that I learned from Dr. Steil and he clearly has been one of the major influencers in my career.
We had a great opportunity to catch up on the phone- and Manny said in a follow up email- 'It was great to Listen and catch up'– he is truly someone I could listen to and learn from for hours. He is the founder of The International Listening Leadership Institute and Communications Development, Inc.
