The last 3 days this week were a whirlwind as I had the great opportunity to be a part of the National Leadership conference for the Boy Scouts of America held in Nashville at–Opryland!
4500 Scout Executives from all over the country attended and participated in a terrific meeting that only happens once every ten years where they gather together all of the ‘top professional brass’ of the organization.
I had one of the best jobs of all-doing 5 different workshops on "Effective Networking and Relationship Building". In each session, I met wonderful professionals who are truly devoted and dedicated to the organization.
As I started off each session—"if everyone lived by the Scouts law, was always ‘prepared’ and did a good turn daily–we would all live in a much better world!’
