My good friend Laney Liner who I have written about before of PoeticPetals, ltd. www.poeticpetals.com and who is amazing… and I buy all my greeting cards from outdoes herself every time when I call her.
So–after one of my terrific shipments arrived with cards for every occasion, I sent her a gift basket from another wonderful company that I have been using for years–Fruition www.fruitiongifts.com Fruition and I found each other years ago on the Internet and I have recommended them to everyone and I am a continual shopper. I know the heads of the company-Dorothy Vitrano and her partner Roy–so well that when I call, all I have to say is: "Hi, this is Andrea"….
Now that is superior customer service! And the gift boxes are delicious and of course are always sent with a personal, handwritten note!
