    Andrea, the article on creating customer loyalty was great in its simplicity to make a difference with clients. By following your 14 steps companies or individuals will be on their way to make a difference. Your insight is the formula for success. As I have mentioned to many, this isn’t the winning formula for bad times. It’s the formula of success for all times, regardless of economic conditions.
