I had the opportunity to speak before the Professional Organization of Women in the Arts founded by Sara Kay of the Jan Krugier Gallery in 2007 with the mission of being the premier membership-based non profit organization that champions the advancement of women and men in the visual arts industry. The multi-disciplined membership furthers personal and professional development within all areas of the visual arts. POWArts welcomes museum and auction house professionals, gallerists, non-profit professionals, academics, educators, private consultants, art-related business owners, and entrepreneurs.
